CERTIFIED ELECTRONICS PROGRAM MANAGER Participants meet twice a week for six weeks. Each two-hour session reviews a case study and explores key topics in program management. Students complete an assessment to create a skills development plan. Key topics include: • Program Management in the EMS industry • Account acquisition and program management • Financials and program management • Contracts • Electronics Manufacturing Cycle • Leadership and teams CONTRACTING WITH THE CUSTOMER Participants meet twice a week for three weeks. Each 90-minute session focuses on a real- world exercise with attorneys practicing in the electronics manufacturing space.
