The workshop dinner was held at Kloster Andechs, a large property consisting of a beau- tiful hill-top chapel and an adjoining brew- ery, owned and run by an order of Benedictine monks. They provided our large group with a specially brewed beer and a simple, but excel- lent supper. Seating during this warm sunny evening was in a beer garden with a spectacular view over the surrounding Bavarian country- side.
