She manages a group of mil- lennials who are not much younger than she is, and the company aims to change the way PCB designers use PCB footprints and schematic symbols. 4 Freedom CAD: Navigating the Unpredictable Design Marketplace As COO of the design service bureau Freedom CAD, Scott Miller has a front-row seat to the chal- lenges currently plaguing designers and the design community as a whole.
