Mentor shareholder Elliott Management has committed to support the transaction. 2 Barry Hurley, PCB Designer and Porch Dawg Guitarist, Dies at 57 Barry Hurley, a longtime PCB designer, instruc- tor, and guitarist with the Porch Dawgs, passed away in Bonham, Texas on November 12. He was 57. Barry was a great de- signer and a serious gui- tar player and collector.
