& Maelzer GmbH S2-16DS, a 16-head, double-
sided, high-speed, high-accuracy flying probe test
system. The atg S2-16DS dual shuttle testers uti-
lize 16 test heads, multiple optical recognition sys-
tems, and a wide variety of advanced, high-speed
electrical test measurement techniques to electri-
cally test all types of PCBs for continuity and iso-
lation.
