CIOs in China Expect 13% IT Budget Growth in 2014

A survey found that IT budgets in China are expected to increase by 13%, which is much higher than the global average of 0.2%. However, the rise comes from a low base. Gartner research shows IT budgets in Chinese enterprises are significantly lower than global averages, with Chinese IT spending typically accounting for only 1.5% of a company's revenue, compared to 3.5% globally.
