Fab Equip Spending to See 24% Jump in 2014, Record 2015

After two years of decline, semi fab equipment spending (new, used, for front -end facilities in 2014 is expected to increase 24% in 2014 (US $35.7 billion) and about 11% (US $39.5 billion). In terms of equipment spending, 2015 may reach or even surpass historic record year 2011 (about US $39.8 billion).
