Japan's Medical Device Market Growth Remains Strong

With sales of almost USD $30 billion, Japan is the world's second-largest market for medical devices and in vitro diagnostics, with the highest per capita outlay on such products in Asia. Device companies from overseas have been notably successful in Japan, but the prospects for further growth remain strong.
