President Trump Announces
25% Tariff Imposition on
Chinese Imports

President Donald Trump announced that he
will impose 25% tariffs on Chinese imports
worth roughly $50 billion. The tariffs, first
proposed in April, are the result of a Section 301
investigation that found China's technology
transfer policies had harmed U.S. companies.
