JANUARY 2019 I SMT007 MAGAZINE 109 Career Opportunities IPC Master Instructor This position is responsible for IPC and skill-based instruction and certification at the training center as well as train- ing events as assigned by company's sales/operations VP. This position may be part-time, full-time, and/or an inde- pendent contractor, depending upon the demand and the individual's situ- ation. Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision and make appropriate and professional deci- sions. Candidate must have the ability to collaborate with the client manag- ers to continually enhance the training program. Position is responsible for vali- dating the program value and its over- all success. Candidate will be trained/ certified and recognized by IPC as a Master Instructor.
