Ormet® Transient Liquid Phase Sintering (TLPS)

in high-performance complex printed circuit
boards without any need for copper plating.
TLPS-lled z-axis interconnect layers can be
fabricated in parallel with individual x-y trace
layers, or PCB sub-constructions of multiple
layers with installed PTH and laminated in a
single cycle.
