Promoting inclusivity in a work environment helps employees feel valued, and encourages them to start identify- ing with their role and their com- pany. How do you implement it? Here are three ideas: 1. Mentors and supervisors should encour- age employees to employ lifelong learn- ing. Many new employees may feel inex- perienced and nervous about taking on challenging work.
