New Heights

Sandro Figueroa has a tenacious work ethic and
always demonstrates leadership skills by helping
and teaching others, whether as a student at Gwin-
nett Technical College (he transferred to Kennesaw
State University and graduated in 2022 with a degree
in electrical engineering) or in his new role (he is an
industrial electronics repair supervisor at Radwell
International).
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Sandro
is involved in IPC's Emerging Engineer
Program, was an IPC Member Scholar-
ship winner, and an IPC Student Lead-
er Award winner in 2021. He served as
