Va y o i n t e l l i g e n t N P I soware solutions include DFM manufacturability anal- ysis, SMT intelligent place- ment programming, TEST expert test coverage analysis and quick programming, and stencil digital design soware. Can you talk about the fea- tures and advantages of these main products? One of those is the DFM manufacturabil- ity analysis soware, which won the 2019 IPC Global Sci- ence and Technology Innovation Award. Why did you receive the award and what are cus- tomers saying? So far, Vayo has developed more than 20 soware products to meet the challenges of new product introduction. Each soware has its own advantages. First, our DFM manufacturability analysis soware is a 3D solution. e DFM soware won the IPC Global Science and Technol- ogy Innovation Award in 2019 because it was upgraded from 2D to 3D, there was a design process simulation analysis, and it filled a gap in the industry. Dr. John W. Mitchell, IPC pres- ident and CEO, personally presented this top award to us in San Diego, California. At that time, only five enterprises in the world won the award, and Vayo Technology was the only soware company. Second, Vayo SMT intelligent placement programming soware uses a patented tech- nology to create the interaction with the SMT core device—SMT placement machine data- base, data mining and intelligent matching— which is completely different from the tradi- tional approach, and innovatively solves the two major problems of placement program- ming. e first is the creation and preparation of component package, and the second is the confirmation of a mounting angle. is trans- formation of traditional manual programming into intelligent automation greatly shortens the programming time, improves the accuracy of the program to "get it right the first time," and minimizes the production risk. ird is the Vayo Test Expert, a test engi- neering analysis soware that can optimize the test nail selection, conduct comprehensive test strategy analysis, efficient fixture reuse analy- sis, and quickly generate test programs so as to reduce the programming/debug cycle. In terms of flexibility, we have made unprece- dented improvements. Test engineers can eas- ily reply to various scenarios using our so- ware.
