But at the end of the day, it's always the people. What does your ideal customer look like? e ideal customer is one that we can work together with toward solving the broken pro- curement situation. I'm more than happy to be a traditional distributor and do transactional sales, get you the lowest price, that kind of thing. However, that's not the customer we are seeking to empower. Our ideal customers are deep partners looking to make both their situ- ation and the ecosystem better. Part of our mission statement is just to make the whole world of manufacturing gen- erally better. I want to work with people who acknowledge that there are problems that they need to solve and that together we can work to solve those problems day by day. Maybe— without a hint of irony here—we can make the world a better place by working together. ose are the kind of partners that I'd love to work with.
