IPC COMMUNITY 64 WINTER 2025 Arc-Tronics launched its first-ever apprentice- ship program in 2024 to emphasize the impor- tance of workforce development and reflect its deep commitment to nurturing future talent. This program not only provides hands-on experience to apprentices but also ensures the company's continued leadership in the industry.
