This role is located at our PCB manufacturing facilities in Monroeville, PA. Responsibilities • Introduce new controls as needed • Participate in engineering/quality activities • Assess/monitor equipment and human resources to meet production requirement • Select and make recommendations for new equipment •May require direct supervision of Technicians and Operators Qualifications • BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industral Engineering • 3-5 years' experience in a PCB manufacturing environment with involvement in and respons- ibility for process control, process improvement, and new process development is required • Experience with direct supervision of Junior Engineers, Technician or Operators preferred • Problem-solving/fail analyst, cost reduction, selection of new equipment, and personnel training required • Strong interpersonal and computer skills requird • Familiarity with SPC techniques and software, process control, and quality metrics is preferred **As a condition of employment, candidates MUST be a US Citizen.
