62 PCB007 MAGAZINE I APRIL 2025 What is your organization doing to be proac- tive in this challenging economy for the bene- fit of your customers? In the end, business is all about people doing business with people, so we tr y to help our customers in any way we can. I have learned over the years that the easier we make it for our customers to work with us, the better we will do. If our customers succeed, we will succeed, so we do all we can to make them successful. Our team works with our cus- tomers as if we were their technical consul- tants. Technology, quality, and service, as well as lis- tening to our customers, understanding their needs, and finding ways to meet them. e most pressing issue is staying ahead of our cus- tomers' needs. ey are always increasing their technological demands, and it is our responsi- bility as their suppliers to help them meet or exceed those demands. What is your driving philosophy? I believe that we all have to do the best we can with what we have. I get tired of people com- plaining about politics, other countries, our competitors, suppliers, or even customers. Business is pretty simple in the end: Give your customers what they want and they will work with you for a long time.
