temperature, and all the permits that were used, streaming processes and mechanisms that allow you to ana- lyze this data—you may realize that data is much more important than they ever realized. Of course, you have the online data for more process control, which is done in real-time. So, if I have a param- eter and see that the temperature is going too high, and the probability of a failure is significant, I can do a direct, real-time intervention. Storage is a big issue when you're capturing that much data, and then, of course, data security. How do you handle that? Security is becoming increasingly important. We have to ensure that all our development processes are in accordance with the highest security patterns and that when we install the system, either on the premises or in a cloud-based installation, we ensure that all the security mechanisms are in place. But ultimately, the owner of the security of the entire frame of the solution is our customers. So, what we do from our side is to ensure that the MES product, in this case, the software, is following the highest information security compliance, and then support our customers in estab- lishing a solution to ensure they have also taken information security into consideration. One thing that strikes me is fear of change. When we look at solutions, MES just seems like an overwhelming change load, if you will. People really need to understand that they can step into it at a reasonable entry point. Yes, only by understanding that this has to be a journey can it become pos- sible. Our own thinking can be a huge barrier. But if we embark on this with a clear understanding of where we want to be, that our goal is to have a more efficient, more productive, and higher quality manufacturing process, then we need to take steps to get there. You cannot take on everything at the same time, because you will fail. You need to go step by step with your own rhythm, with your own capabilities, with your own capacity, and embark with a part- ner who is willing to do that with you. Critical Manufacturing is that type of partner. We will be transparent about what we can offer, share our knowl- edge and experience, and make rec- ommendations. Transparency, prag- matism, and information exchange are a few of our values. We are committed to understanding the customer's perspective and facili- tating their vision. We are not just an IT and software development company. Our staff includes function analysts and solution architects, former pro- duction supervisors, and equipment engineers who work with us and with our customers to make sure we are honoring the customer perspective and that their MES is mapped to their best possible solution. Finally, we are committed to doing this in a competitive way so that the customer can afford to partner with us and take this journey into MES and smarter manufacturing. You can have a beautiful roadmap, but if you don't have the investment or you don't understand how costs will be saved, then there's no point. So, those three variables are what our customers can expect from our side. We've covered a lot of ground here. Augusto, I appreciate your insight and knowledge. This has been a really informative interview. Thank you so much. " " Transparency, pragmatism, and information exchange are a few of our values.
