AOI, X-ray, and the software processing tools. Both ASTER and Siemens utilize it. We don't have an AI teacher training people yet, but we're leveraging that—hey, it's a tool in the toolbox on The Test Connection side and The Training Connection side. It would be naive not to embrace that technology. That needs to be embraced. AI is moving at such a rapid pace that we're already feeling like we have to play catch-up. I think we'll really see it in analytics, taking that data in and making sense of it. It takes a lot of brain power to parse data, especially a huge quantity of data, and deter- mine what is relevant and then try to utilize it. We have some software tools we are work- ing with to determine what's being measured here on the line and then look downstream or back upstream to find out where the chal- lenges are or where a defect occurred. That's great. Now, I'm curious about where you find inspiration. I find inspiration all over the place includ- ing from people in the industry I admire. I've been blessed with two industry trainers who were very strong characters and knew how to disseminate information very well. I am very proud of their passions and leadership. The other thing, too, is watching how my daughter and son approach school and how they're using technology, even in the old tradi- tional sense of doing math and doing research; they're not handwriting stuff anymore—they're creating PowerPoints. My daughter, who's in seventh grade, is giving a presentation in Pow- erPoint. You're seeing them embracing tech- nology, even in middle school. Since day one of my journey in the elec- tronics industry, my father gave me an opportunity to learn and see stuff. There are some really neat industry people you inter- act with, and you find a person who just has "it." What is "it?" Well, you know it when you see it, so you just try to grab it. I am impressed with passion; when people are passionate about their product and craft, that's infectious. We're just hoping we can do the same thing when we're disseminating our information—that passion for the craft. Everything from my kids to my trainers to the industry associates, it's all over the place. In your journey of so many years in this industry, what's one of the most enjoyable moments that comes to mind? Seeing success, whether on a personal level or with an employee you see growing and having the confidence to, say, approve something and stand on their own. That's probably first and foremost. The second one is when somebody comes back and says thank you. When they put pen to paper to say, "You did good, and thank you," that's huge. Do you have any final thoughts to share? We're in an exciting time. The industry is going through somewhat of a renaissance, both in the value of training and the value of technology, and doing more with less. We will see, maybe in the next two to five years, plenty of changes in the industry. It will be exciting, so keep your eyes open. Bert, thank you. Always a pleasure. My pleasure.
