50 PCB007 MAGAZINE I NOVEMBER 2025 Brittany, I know you are an avid and skilled dis- tance runner with Olympic running parents. How do you create a work-life balance? I recently took up skateboarding, and I'm having an absolute blast! I'd never tried it before this summer, and it challenges my focus in a whole new way (mostly on not falling). I like to go after work; it completely resets my mind for the next day. At the risk of being self-aggrandizing, what do you enjoy most about working with I-Connect007? What has been particularly impactful or that has left a big impression? I love my colleagues at I-Connect007. They're full of character and make me laugh every single day. Watching everyone prepare for APEX EXPO was incredible. The sheer amount of coordination, setup, and networking that went into it was inspiring. With such a small but mighty team, it was a huge accom- plishment and an amazing thing to witness. The electronics industry and manufacturing, in particular, are tough businesses—rewarding, fun, but also exhausting and demanding. What words of wisdom do you have about surviving and thriv- ing in this industry? Don't overcomplicate things! This industry is full of brilliant people solving highly complex problems every day. When it comes to communication, writ- ing, and marketing, simplicity wins. Clear, direct messaging always cuts through the noise. I love that and heartily agree. What do you hope for business and this industry going forward? The industry will continue to grow and evolve. The world's dependence on electronics is only deepen- ing, and with that comes incredible potential. I hope we continue to innovate responsibly and use tech- nology to make the world better, smarter, and more connected.
