Kratos to Acquire Israel-Based Orbit Technologies for $356.3 Million ⊲ Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., a tech- nology company in defense, national security, and global markets, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100 percent of the ordinary shares of Orbit Technologies Ltd (ORBI.TA) for $356.3 million, which is expected to be funded via cash on Kratos' balance sheet. Spirit AeroSystems Reports Q3 2025 Results ⊲ Spirit's revenue in the third quarter of 2025 increased from the same period of 2024, primar- ily due to higher production activity on Boeing, Airbus, and Defense & Space programs. Over- all deliveries increased during the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period of 2024. PsiQuantum, Lockheed Martin, Form Strategic Collaboration to Accelerate Quantum Computing for Aerospace and Defense ⊲ PsiQuantum and Lockheed Martin have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to accel- erate the development of quantum computing applications in aerospace and defense. Build- ing on years of strategic collaboration, this joint effort mar s a significant step forward in the critical work to address how quantum computing can be deployed against complex challenges in national security and a range of aerospace technologies. Teledyne Completes Acquisition of Tran- sponderTech from Saab ⊲ Teledyne Technologies Incorporated announced the successful completion of the acquisition of the TransponderTech business from Saab AB. The newly acquired business Teledyne FLIR Transpon- derTech AB will join Teledyne's Raymarine, FLIR Marine, ChartWorld and Teledyne CARIS brands, broadening the group's maritime technology solutions. Northrop Grumman Collaborates on AI- Designed Spacecraft Propulsion Element ⊲ Northrop Grumman Corporation and Luminary Cloud are applying artificial intelligence (AI) to spacecraft propulsion with a new physics AI foun- dation model capable of rapidly designing a spacecraft thruster nozzle. Saab Receives Order for Giraffe 1X Radars from U.S. Army ⊲ The U.S. Army has awarded Saab a contract to provide Giraffe 1X radars in support of security cooperation partners. The order value is approxi- mately USD 46 million. The order was booked in Q3 2025. Saab will provide Giraffe 1X systems with deliveries starting in 2026.
