Two years into operation, the factory has devoted con- siderable investment and effort to things that are largely "invisible." Registered in February 2023 and commencing production in 2024, the company has invested nearly RMB 1.2 billion in the facility, which covers approximately 267,000 square meters and was initially planned for a monthly production capacity of 120,000 square meters. Among Chinese-funded PCB manufacturers that have established factories in Thailand, Sundell Technology ranks near the top on almost every measure. Sundell Technology's growing list of investments includes most key materials, chemicals, and auxiliary materials that are now sourced locally, supported by a three-tier supply system comprising direct local supply, vendor-managed inventory (VMI) consign- ment, and strategic inventory reserves; automation exceeds 95% in core processes; and every PCB can be traced throughout the entire production Sundell Technology Laying the Groundwork for a 'Certain' Future Sundell Technology is in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya Province, about an hour's drive north of Bangkok. The entrance to the industrial park rises over a gentle slope. This design was introduced in the aftermath of Thailand's devastating 2011 floods, with an approximately three-meter-high floodwall standing beyond the slope.
