Sparton Acquires Hunter Technology

Sparton Corporation announced that its wholly
owned subsidiary, Sparton Hunter Corporation,
completed a merger with Hunter Technology Cor-
poration in a $55 million all-cash transaction. The
merger is subject to certain and conditional post-
closing adjustments.
