Harris Signs Definitive Agreement
to Sell Aerostructures Business
Harris Corporation and Albany International Corp.
today announced a definitive agreement under
which Albany International will acquire Harris'
aerostructures business for an enterprise value of
$210 million, including $187 million in cash at
closing and the assumption of a $23 million capi-
talized lease.

The FTG Circuits, Chatsworth, California facility has
been qualified to the Department of Defense per-
formance specification MIl-PRF-31032/3 (flexible
printed wiring boards) and MIl-PRF-31032/4 (flex-
rigid printed wiring boards).
API Technologies to be Acquired
by PE Firm
API Technologies Corp., a leading provider of
high-performance RF, microwave, millimeter-
wave, power, and security solutions, announced
a definitive agreement providing for the compa-
ny to be acquired by an affiliate of private equity
firm J. F. lehman & Company (JFlCO), which
specializes in the aerospace, maritime and de-
fense industries.
PCi Purchases Polar CITS880s Controlled
Impedance Tester
Rigid flex circuit board manufacturer, Printed Cir-
cuits Inc., purchased a CITS880 controlled imped-
ance tester from Polar Instruments. Polar Instru-
ments' software and testing equipment is the most
popular solution in the PWB manufacturing indus-
try for predicting and verifying controlled imped-
ance circuits in circuit boards.
BAE Systems, Shengyi Receive IPC
Corporate Recognition Awards

world's first extreme-weather testing of unmanned
