Rocket EMS Purchases Fortus 3D Production System from Stratasys Rocket EMS Inc. announces the purchase of the Fortus 3D Production System, a 3D printer that al- lows prototype design parts to be created faster and at a lower cost compared to traditional ma- chining, resulting in more design iterations and a more refined end product. Cobham Lands $8M Satellite Motion Control Order from Northrop Grumman Cobham recently received an award from Northrop Grumman valued at approximately $8 million for motion control technology for the Advanced Tech- nology Microwave Sounder instrument to be flown on the Joint Polar Satellite System 3 and 4 satellites.
