Elite Material Co., Ltd announced that EMC
will acquire all outstanding stakes of EMO
Specialty Materials LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company doing business in the U.S.,
through its 100% owned subsidiary EMC Spe-
cial Application Incorporated. Consummation
of the transaction will be subject to the relevant
regulatory approvals.
