IPC welcomes the action of U.S. President
Joe Biden today in issuing a "presidential
determination" that prioritizes the domestic
development of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
and advanced packaging, including IC sub-
strates, under Title III of the Defense Produc-
tion Act (DPA).
