Million IDIQ Contract to Modernize U.S.

Teledyne FLIR Defense, part of Teledyne
Technologies Incorporated, announced it has
been awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract worth up
to $74.2 million to provide modernized imag-
ing surveillance systems to the United States
Coast Guard (USCG). FLIR Defense will
deliver more than 125 Electro-Optic Sensor
System-Modernized (ESS-M) systems for use
on USCG rotary wing aircra, specifically the
MH-60 and MH-65.
BAE Systems Awarded $347M NERVE
Contract From NGA to Modernize and
Sustain GEOINT Library u
In 2024, the National Geospatial-Intelligence
Agency (NGA) awarded BAE Systems a five-
year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity
$347 million contract for NERVE, the National
System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG)
Enterprise Repository and Virtual Environ-
ment program. NERVE will modernize the
NSG Consolidated Library (NCL), which
includes expanding it from a physical data cen-
ter to cloud-based data services.
Cicor Chosen as Key Manufacturing Partner
For Advanced Military Aircraft Program u
Cicor Group has been nominated by a lead-
ing European aerospace and defence (A&D)
integrator as a key supplier to a new program
of highly advanced electronic devices used in
fast-jet aircra. Initial orders have been placed,
with the program expected to contribute
cumulated sales revenues exceeding GBP 25
million over the five-year period starting 2025.

sites in the UK.
NASA's Kennedy Marks New Chapter
for Florida Space Industry u

Kennedy Space Center in Florida is expand-
ing Wednesday, as Kennedy's center director
and charter members in the Florida University
Space Research Consortium signed a memo-
randum of understanding in research and devel-
opment to assist with missions and contribute
to NASA's Moon to Mars exploration approach.
Officials from the consortium—designated in
2024 as the state's official space research entity—
NASA leaders, and guests participated in the
signing ceremony held at Kennedy, marking a
critical milestone in a partnership to advance
research, technology development, education,
and communication between the spaceport and
the state's growing space industry.
FTG Aerospace Tianjin Approved as an
AMO by CAAC u
Firan Technology Group Corporation, a lead-
ing provider of electronic products and avionic
sub-systems for the aerospace and defense mar-
kets, has received approval from Civil Aviation
Administration of China to be an Approved
Maintenance Organization (AMO). Under this
approval, FTG Aerospace Tianjin is approved
for the maintenance of aeronautical products,
specifically for instruments or display devices.
With this approval, FTG can now maintain or
repair its display products and provide airwor-
thiness tags for repaired products.
