Laura Beth (LB) Yates: We have PCB design teams in Cary, North Carolina; Olathe, Kansas, where Garmin is headquartered; Salem, Ore- gon; and Cochran, Alberta, Canada. We part- ner with local tech schools and our vendor, EMA Design Automation, gives them licenses
