In 2024, we welcomed 46 "Eaglets" into our company, predominantly assigning them to three key departments: technology, qual- ity, and production. ese areas are the key factors of our operations, and by immersing new employees in these critical functions, we ensure they gain a holistic understanding of the industry and the intricate processes that drive CEEPCB forward. e training is structured to cover a six- month probation period, divided into the following phases: 1. One week of basic training: New hires undergo an intensive introduction to the company's vision, values, and operational framework. is includes meetings with key leadership figures, enabling the Eaglets to gain valuable insights into our corporate culture and strategic goals. 2. Two months of hands-on production line experience: Understanding the fundamen- tals of manufacturing is imperative for any professional in the PCB industry. By work- ing directly on production lines, the Eaglets develop firsthand knowledge of the pro- cesses and challenges involved in creating high-quality circuit boards. is hands-on approach fosters a deep appreciation for crasmanship, efficiency, and teamwork. 3. ree months of departmental intern- ships: To ensure a well-rounded experience, trainees participate in various departmental rotations. is phase includes attending in- depth lectures, engaging in interdepartmen- tal exchanges (including exposure to differ- ent factories and teams), and taking part in leisure activities designed to build camara- derie among employees. is multifaceted approach not only enhances their technical knowledge but also instills a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
