I would say it is the unwavering support for our in- dustry through advocacy on Capitol Hill regarding the diminishing PCB supply base in the U.S., and the dedication and support of major programs of record that keep our shores and nation safe. We are in a continuous fight for all of those who call the PCB industry "home," being a voice for all, from the "mom-and-pops" to Tier 1s. Although all com- panies have "someone" to answer to, and we com- pete with them, we are also fighting alongside them for the overall cause of resilience and sustainment. What do you think the industry will look like in the future? What do you hope for our industry? I can summarize my view for industry in one word: boundless. With the AI boom, in- frastructure and military requirements are pushing our industry to the bleeding edge of capabilities, and our industry is set to ex- perience compounded growth in a very short time compared to years past. I hope that Washington, D.C., wakes up to this in- dustry's concerns about the offshore men- tality this country has had for more than 20 years. It has decimated the U.S. PCB sup- ply base. We have painted ourselves into a corner regarding our lack of process knowledge and our response to the tech- nology required to manufacture next-gen systems. If we don't get caught up—and at a rapid pace—it would be further detrimen- tal to the U.S. PCB supply base. Wise words, Jesse. Our industry is stimulating and exciting, but it can be challenging, so it's impor- tant to keep a healthy perspective. What words of wisdom can you share about surviving and thriving in this industry? You must maintain an even-keel disposition toward the daily grinds of this industry. You cannot let the heights get too high, or the lows bog you down. You need to be full of grit and resilience. Have a strong chin, solid stomach, and a go-get-it attitude.
