She will also deliver a Professional Development webinar on "Reliability of Electronics: The Role of Solder Joint Voids," Feb. 17 and 19, 2026, for the Global Elec- tronics Association. International Hall of Famer (Women in Technology), Dr. Jennie S. Hwang, an inter- national businesswoman, speaker, and business and technology advi- sor, is a pioneer and long-standing leader in SMT manufacturing since its inception and in devel- oping and implementing environmentally friendly lead-free electronics technology and manufactur- ing. She has served as chair of the Artificial Intel- ligence-Justified Confidence for DoD Command and Control study, chair of the AI Committee of the National Academies, chair of the Review Panel of NSF National AI Institute, and Committee of Stra- tegic Thinking for Engineering Research in the Era of Artificial Intelligence of NSF. She was named an R&D Star-to-Watch, received the YWCA Achieve- ment Award, and was inducted into the National Academy of Engineering. Having held senior exec- utive positions with Lockheed Martin Corp., and CEO of International Electronic Materials Corp., currently CEO of H-Technologies Group, provid- ing business, technology, and manufacturing solu- tions, she has also served as chair of the Laboratory Assessment Board; chair of DoD Army Research Laboratory Assessment Board; and chair of Assess- ment Board of Army Engineering Centers, on the board of Fortune-500 NYSE companies and civic and university boards, Commerce Department's Export Council, National Materials and Manufactur- ing Board, NIST Assessment Board, various national panels/committees, and international leadership positions. She is the author of 11 books (seven sole- author, four co-author) and 750+ publications; and a speaker and author on trade, business, and educa- tion issues.
