30 I-CONNECT007 MAGAZINE I JULY 2026 We are looking ahead for further geographic diversification in Vietnam, including full flex PCB fabrication in late 2027 and additional EMS too. So, there is a lot of investment going on. How many employees does FCT have, and what does each region look like from a staffing and lo- gistics viewpoint? We have around 1,100 employees in China and Thai- land, and 35 in other areas around the globe. We added commercial teams in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. over the past two years. In the U.S., we have program managers, customer service talent, CAD teammates, and our world-class flex design engineering team. It is a unique offering in a space that has long existed but is changing rapidly. So, in terms of business diversification, you are expanding services, both in design and assembly, and you've expanded your global footprint to de- risk and to mitigate geopolitical challenges, to be a better supply partner to your customers. That is a lot of capital investment. How important is access to capital, not only to survive, but to grow? With all the changes in technologies that are driv- ing the industry, you must be a company that is financially stable with working capital to weather the next storm, as well as invest in the future. We have seen so many competitors over the past few years who haven't been able to make it, have been acquired, or are looking for new partnerships just to stay viable.
