The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engi- neering or a related technical discipline, at least three years of quality engineering experience in microelec- tronics, semiconductor, or PCB manufacturing, and hands-on knowledge of thick film processes, quality systems, and problem-solving. Preferred skills include AS9100/ISO 9001 systems; nickel, gold, and silver plating and surface finishes; GEA and MIL testing and inspection standards; and statistical software.
