Sparton acquires Hunter
Technology Corporation
Sparton Corporation announced that its wholly
owned subsidiary, Sparton Hunter Corporation,
completed a merger with Hunter Technology cor-
poration in a $55 million all-cash transaction. The
merger is subject to certain and conditional post-
closing adjustments.

alliance in order to meet increasing customer de-
mands on wireless communication for long dis-
tance and low power consumption. for several

yokogawa to Transfer
PCB Factory to OkI
oKi announced an agreement with yokogawa
electric corporation on the transfer of ome fac-
tory of yokogawa Manufacturing corporation, a
pcb manufacturing and assembly facility, to oKi
printed circuits, an oKi group company respon-
sible for oKi's printed circuit board business, effec-
tive april 1.
