We are looking for a sales representive in North America who will support us in the sales of our HMS Höllmüller by TSK wet-process ma- chines in the market. Job responsibilities: • Acquire customers in the field of chemical wet process • Ascertain customer needs • Support customers in the PCB/PCM business • Spare parts support for horizontal wet process machines Candidate profile: • Company or individual contributor • Experience in the field of chemical wet process • communication and organization skills • Sales attitude Director of Operations, New Hampshire The role is based at the Gardien facility in Nash- ua, New Hampshire. It is a managerial role, requir- ing a sense of ownership of the designated territory and directly reporting to the vice president, North America. Major Responsibilities: • Represent Gardien and manage relationships with customers with particular regard to fulfilling customer needs • Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and optimum service levels maintained • Ensure that the quality management system is fully implemented • Takes ownership of all processes in the specification location • Responsible for all P&L tasks within that location • Define operational resources and capabilities within that location • Liaison with customers and technical staff to resolve in-process problems • Responsible for effective and successful management of staff and personnel matters (e.g., employee training and awareness is continuously maintained and updated) Interested?
