SEPTEMBER 2022 I PCB007 MAGAZINE 95 KLA Corporation announced operating results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2022. KLA reported GAAP net income attributable to KLA of $805.4 million and GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) attributable to KLA of $5.40 on total revenues of $2.49 billion for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022. With his knowledgeable insight into the business and technology of the printed circuit industry, Dr. Shiuh-Kao Chiang, managing partner at Pris- mark Partners, has put a global per- spective on the challenges of the 2022 PCB market.
