To excel in repairing BGA/BTC components, Li meticulously studied the operation man- uals and standard operating procedures for the repair station, trained using test boards, and mastered the disassembly and solder- ing skills of BGA/BTC components. He firmly believes that practice is the path to excellence. "Becoming a champion in this competition is merely the starting point," he says. "It will inspire me to elevate my skills. I will continue to delve deeper into the field of hand solder- ing for electronic products that I am passion- ate about, embodying the spirit of a craftsman and perseverance." The IPC Masters Competition China is ded- icated to providing the electronics industry with a valuable platform for mutual commu- nication, learning, skill enhancement, and showcasing individual excellence.
