Lockheed Martin has completed its previously
announced acquisition of Terran Orbital, a
leading manufacturer of innovative modular
spacecra serving the global aerospace and
defense industries, and its subsidiary, Tyvak
International. Lockheed Martin has worked
with Terran Orbital on projects including Space
Development Agency programs and Lockheed
Martin's technology demonstrations.
Tata Advanced Systems and Airbus
Inaugurate C295 Final Assembly Line
in Vadodara, India u
As a major milestone for India's Aerospace
& Defence industry, Tata Advanced Systems
Limited (TASL) and Airbus inaugurated the
Final Assembly Line (FAL) complex for the
Airbus C295 aircra in Vadodara, Gujarat in
India. TASL and Airbus are partnering for the
pioneering "Make in India" project to deliver
56 C295 aircra to the Indian Air Force (IAF).

MR Operational Readiness during
U.S. Military Test Event u
Raytheon, an RTX business, in partnership
with the Office of the Secretary of Defense
(OSD), the U.S. Air Force Research Labo-
ratory Strategic Development Planning and
Experimentation office, and the U.S. Navy,
demonstrated the multi-mission GhostEye®
MR advanced medium-range sensor during a
joint test event called Gray Flag 2024. Ghost-
Eye MR tracked targets over water, showcas-
ing the sensor's readiness to deter current and
future threats.

the security of a NATO ally that is a "force
for political stability." e targeting systems
for Poland were included in a recently final-
ized U.S. Foreign Military Sale contract worth
$90.68 million to Lockheed Martin. Poland
will receive 27 Sniper Advanced Targeting
Pods with two-way datalinks, system support
and spare parts.
RTX's Collins Aerospace Develops
High-Voltage Power Components
for Clean Aviation Project u
Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, has com-
pleted prototype development of a solid-
state power controller and power distribution
panel as part of the SWITCH project, sup-
ported by the European Union's Clean Avia-
tion Joint Undertaking (Clean Aviation). Fol-
lowing design and production in Nördlingen,
the megawatt-class power distribution com-
ponents will now be shipped to Collins' state-
of-the-art electric power systems lab.
