Human Resources Business Partner The HR Business Partner supports key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, legal compliance and employee rela- tions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, employee- focused, and comfortable partnering closely with production leadership and employees on the manu- facturing floor. This role manages full recruiting cycle, leads new hire onboarding, assists with benefits administration and open enrollment, ensures compliance with fed- eral and state laws, and serves as a trusted resource for employee questions and support. Facilities Technician The Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of facility infrastructure and supporting equipment in a manufacturing environment serving the electronics and semiconductor industries. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, supporting daily opera- tions, preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, and new facility integration activities. The ideal candidate is technically versatile (machin- ing/fabrication, electrical, plumbing), safety-minded, and comfortable working in a regulated manufactur- ing environment, including clean rooms and con- trolled production spaces.
