But first, Mark, let's talk about you joining the staff. Mark Wolfe: ank you. I've worked with IPC for several decades as a customer, and as a leader in the EMS industry. ere was a desire to bring more hands-on EMS industry leader- ship experience into IPC. e intent of my role is to work directly with other leaders across the EMS industry, better understand the needs that are out there, and determine what IPC is or is not fulfilling. I'm looking for the opportunities to cre- ate new programs and capabilities that better serve the needs of the industry over the long term. is will include conversations with dif- ferent tiers of executives, and lots of listening and understanding, so I can bring that back to the extended IPC staff and start talking about things we could do in the future.
