He has published over 150 articles on busi- ness and technology and received many awards over the years, including the IPC Pub- lic Policy award, the IPC Special Achievement award, and the Chairman's award. Today, Dan, an octogenarian, remains very much involved with the industry and the Global Electron- ics Association, writing articles and columns for I-Connect007 and other publications and attending trade shows and events. Outside of the industry, Dan has been actively involved in his community for over 25 years. He became Microso certified and headed the San Clemente "Cyber Café," teaching seniors and teens technology and computer building. He has also given com- puter use and maintenance presentations for SCORE Orange County and was awarded their Presenter of the Year Award. He has served on the boards of a number of com- munity organizations, received the United Way Gold Circle Leadership Award, and was included in the "Who's Who of American Business Leaders" in the late 1990s. Last but definitely not least, Dan manages to find the time to play bass in a local Southern Califor- nia country rock band, which donates 100% of its earnings to community organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club. Dan's journey from an industry entrant to Hall of Fame member and beyond is a story of commitment, leadership, and vision. His influence on technology development, industry collaboration, corporate strategy, and government advocacy has shaped the electronics landscape in profound ways. rough his mentorship, thought leadership, and ongoing consulting work, Feinberg has helped countless companies improve their operations and profitability. He remains a pivotal figure in the PCB industry, inspir- ing both seasoned professionals and emerg- ing innovators. His legacy will continue to support the advancement of the field of elec- tronics, with the integrity, efficiency, and collaboration he has always embodied. Upon receiving the HOF award, Dan stated, "Early in my career, IPC and its members helped me succeed. At this point in my life, it is time to give back, so that is why I stay so involved with IPC initiatives." Sixteen years later, Dan Feinberg is still giving back. PCB007
