This role involves managing existing accounts, pursuing new busi- ness opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to key customers. Responsibilities include: • Managing direct accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction • Aggressively seeking new business (acting as a "hunter") • Reading customer drawings and data to prepare timely and accurate quotes • Meeting customers face-to-face and attending trade shows • Coordinating with overseas factories, sometimes during evening hours • Responding promptly to customer communication • Participating in internal meetings and reporting on progress • Attending trade shows and special events • Following up on leads and opportunities Required Skills: • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and reading engineering drawings • Fluent English and professional email/phone etiquette • Willingness to travel as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, advanced credentials a plus • Experience in the electronics/PCB industry strongly preferred • Candidates with industry contacts and connections preferred About Us: Sunshine Global PCB manufactures high-mix, low-to- medium volume PCBs with global facilities in China, Malaysia, and Germany.
