IPC COMMUNITY 28 FALL 2024 assembly will increase their use of automation and "cobots." This will offset the lack of available manpower and should reduce cost. It has been a very tough year, but I predict the growth will return in 2025 by 6% if companies start man- aging their logistics smarter rather than basing their business planning function on rumors. To reiterate, within normal business cycles influenced by known global and local factors, we will see growth in the 5–8% range. Dieter, thank you for providing your unique insights to our readers. It was nice to see you again, Sanjay. In the past five years, there has been very little downtime. But prior to creating the brand in4ma, I was relaxing in the mountains a lot. I loved to be with nature and climb many mountains. In my second home in the Allgaeu region of southern Germany, I climbed about 140 of the 444 moun- tains. In the Alps, I climbed the Seven Summits of the Alps: Triglav in Slovenia, Grossglockner in Austria, Zugspitze in Germany, Vordere Grauspitze in Lichtenstein, Gran Paradiso in Italy, and Mont Blanc in France, with just one exception—Dufour Spitze in Switzerland. I also climbed these three renowned summits: Kilimanjaro in Africa (5,895 meters), Elbrus in Europe (5,642 meters), and Aconcagua in South America (6,961 meters). I would have loved to climb Mount Vinson in Antarctica (4,897 meters), but it was too late in life for me. Today, my knees are worn, so I just love gardening and, if time allows, growing my own vegetables and cooking. Dieter, what are your hobbies? " "
