IPC COMMUNITY 44 FALL 2024 Shining Examples of Supported Employees: Megan and Bill Megan Gagnon and William (Bill) Sonntag exemplify the success of E-Tron's supported employees. Megan is a 25-year veteran who thrives on the challenge of assembling complex medical wire harnesses. Bill has been a valued member of the team for over two decades. He enjoys his role as a helper, assisting his colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of the fac- tory. Their stories are a testament to the long- term fulfillment and growth E-Tron provides. Megan likes working at E-Tron because the people are nice and help her when she needs it. She often quips, "Wednesdays are exciting for me to work, as there is free takeout lunch that day." Bill takes pride and ownership in the parts that he builds. He is a proponent of the zero-defect manufacturing process, a term that he picked up from one of the many training sessions at E-Tron. With immense pride and joy on his face, Bill repeats daily after completing an assigned task: "Job is finished. Zero mistakes!" The Road Ahead: Innovation and Expansion As E-Tron Systems approaches its 40th anni- versary, the company is poised for continued growth and innovation by actively exploring new technologies and expanding its services to meet the evolving needs of its clients. However, its core values of inclusivity, community, and social responsibility will remain at the heart of every- thing it does. To learn more about the inspiring work at E-Tron Systems, click here.
