Hand soldering under IPC standards is a discipline that demands precision and patience—every joint, every step demands total focus. I treated every weld as an expression of craftsmanship. Liheng's victory was the result of years of dedication, continuous improvement, and relentless pursuit of excellence in soldering technique, culminating in his crowning as Chi- na's top competitor. Building an Ecosystem to Advance High-quality Development "The 2025 IPC Masters is not just a profes- sional competition; it reflects how IPC stan- dards are taking root and thriving in China," says Sydney Xiao, president of the Global Elec- tronics Association—East Asia.
