Airbus, Helsing to Collaborate on AI for
the Teaming of Manned and Unmanned

Airbus Defence and Space and Helsing,
Europe's leading defence AI and soware com-
pany, signed a framework cooperation agree-
ment at the ILA aerospace trade show in Ber-
lin. According to the agreement, the compa-
nies will work together on artificial intelli-
gence (AI) technologies which will be used
in a future Wingman system. is unmanned
fighter-type aircra will operate with current
combat jets and receive its tasks from a pilot in
a command aircra such as the Eurofighter.

nications, announced Galaxy 1, an independent
provider of secure satellite communication ser-
vices and connectivity, has joined its ELEVATE
program. ELEVATE is a growth program, eco-
system and marketplace for ambitious IoT
solution providers, connectivity wholesalers,
enablers and OEMs who want to work with
Viasat to use its network and footprint to scale.
As an ELEVATE partner, Galaxy 1 benefit from
Viasat's global L-band network, amplifying its
ability to provide Internet of ings (IoT) and
satellite connectivity services.
Aerostar, Lockheed Martin Open the
First European HIMARS Sustainment
Centre in Romania E
Aerostar S.A. in partnership with Lockheed
Martin has inaugurated Europe's first certi-
fied HIMARS Sustainment Centre. is new
facility strengthens the existing relationship
between global defence and aerospace com-
pany Lockheed Martin and Aerostar S.A.,
which have partnered on similar sustainment
activities for Romania's Black Hawk and F-16
fighter fleets. Located in Bacău, the sustain-
ment centre will contribute to the creation and
sustainment of high-value jobs in Romania and
deliver increased readiness with lower opera-
tional costs for the Romania's Land Forces.

selected Collins Aerospace, an RTX business
to provide wheels and brakes to its new fleet
of 103 A320neo aircra over the next 15 years.
