IPC COMMUNITY 49 SPRING 2025 IPC COMMUNITY 49 SPRING 2025 Bill Cardoso Yes, and it was amazing. Gotham Garage, where they film the series, is in Temecula, where I live. My wife, Kim, thought it would be a good idea to surprise me with a custom vehicle for our collection. Kim and I are kids of the '80s and, of course, I had a poster of the Magnum, P.I. 308GTS Ferrari (along with the Lamborghini Countach as well). So, Kim called Gotham Garage, and they talked about this cool surprise gift for me. The owner is someone who, when you give him a few ideas, his creativity takes off. My wife set up a party at a beautiful restaurant in San Diego. A friend took me to the party, and he said it was for someone else. Lo and behold, it was actually for me, so it was cool. It was a fun reveal, that's for sure. Have you tried the night vision setup? That seems tricky. It is tricky, but it works. It's actually a night vision goggle. I wouldn't turn off my headlights at night, but it helps a little bit. Let's turn our attention to IPC. Why has membership been important to you? I see our membership as a partnership. We can bring up issues facing our industry from a technical perspective and then set group standards to develop an acceptable level of quality in a different number of products. I appreciate IPC's support in advocacy at the state and federal levels. Over the years, IPC has stepped up
