IPC COMMUNITY 80 SPRING 2025 and giving a designation. In my case, after the EAO training, I cracked the interview easily just by implementing what I studied in this training. I joined my company as a trainee and within a short span of 12 months, I have been given a des- ignation as an associate engineer for quality." He recommends the course to others, "because it changed my life and my way of thinking about the industry. If I hadn't joined this course, I know for sure I wouldn't have been able to become a CQE. The experience helped me build my career better than I ever imag- ined. My respect for IPC can't be emphasized enough. I plan to stay connected to IPC." One memorable experience while he was a student at VVIET was going with the IPC India team, led by Exec- utive Director Gaurab Majumdar and Philomin Kumar, to visit NTTF Col- lege Bangalore. "I couldn't believe I was sitting in a college with the likes of students of NTTF," Thejas says. "Thinking about that just fills me with joy. Even now, the entire jour- ney just feels like a dream." As a young professional, Thejas enjoys working with colleagues who are older and bring many years of experience to their work. "Team members often share expertise through mentoring, training sessions, or informal dis- cussions to help others develop their skills," Thejas says. "Working together on projects encourages teamwork and allows individuals to leverage each other's strengths." He plans to improve his skills in his current role but hopes to take on more leadership responsibilities in the next few years. In the long term, he aspires to lead a compa- ny's strategy. "I am really focused on growing both my technical and leadership skills," Thejas says. "In 10 years, I want to be in a position where I can mentor and lead others, whether that's managing teams or oversee- ing large-scale projects." "I love reading, and listening to music and audiobooks. For fun, I really enjoy playing cricket."
